Coyne PR is looking for a Social Media Strategist who can speak digital, social media and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate can command a room with in-depth knowledge of today’s digital landscape, top social platforms and influencer trends. The Social Media Strategist is a big picture thinker that is able to clearly and concisely provide counsel on best practices – from organic content or paid recommendations, to influencer partnerships and social promotions. The candidate has a creative eye for digital content and is a proactive idea generator. This role supports the team’s overall client strategy, acting as the go-to social media resource for clients. The Social Media Strategist oversees campaign management, including social media content, advertising, crisis and influencer, and can effectively cross-sell services to clients and prospects. The candidate should be personable, highly motivated, have experience building and managing a team of junior staff members, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should have

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of agency experience in PR, social media, digital and/or influencer

Experience working with large scale brands, specifically in the travel, hospitality and/or consumer industries

Ability to think strategically and creatively and be a problem solver

A strong understanding of the digital landscape and ability to guide your team to deliver results-driven activations

Experience mentoring and developing a staff

Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
