What You’ll Do
- Craft next‑gen monetization products that boost user engagement and revenue.
- Help develop a large‑scale Ads system for maximum reach.
- Develop and iterate on Ads algorithms using cutting‑edge Machine Learning.
- Leverage NLP and CV to understand content and build taxonomies.
- Contribute to the company’s rapid growth with speed and quality.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
- A bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or a related field (3+ years of experience required).
- Top‑notch skills in programming, debugging, and optimization (Go, C/C++, Python).
- A strong problem‑solving mind with clear communication skills.
- Experience with Machine Learning, data mining, data analysis, and distributed systems.
- A solid understanding of brand ads, content ads, auctions, bidding, ranking, and ad forecasting (one or more preferred).
- Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking/recommendation systems, backend development, large‑scale systems, and data science (one or more preferred).
- A keen product sense with experience in designing and implementing features.
