Your Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your professional network
Engage with potential candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for detailed interviews
Maintain engagement with leads to assure continued interest and facilitate their hiring journey
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on meetings you schedule, interviews you help facilitate, and hires made from your leads
Requirements for Success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An independent and proactive mindset
you determine your schedule, not the other way around
A passion for outreach, connections, and assisting others in taking significant steps in their careers
Previous recruiting experience is not required
if you are organized and resourceful, we will guide you through the rest
Remuneration Model
This is a performance-focused, commission-only opportunity. This means there's no limit to your earning potential and no cap on your success.
You'll earn based on the tangible value you create:
Commission for every qualified meeting you arrange
Extra earnings when interviews are conducted as a result of your outreach
Additional commissions on new business brought in
