Looking for steady creative work with an upbeat, growing team?

We’re hiring a personable, dependable, and creative team member to join our growing real estate media company serving the Fort Pierce to Hobe Sound area.

This role is perfect for someone who already has experience with photography, videography, drone work, or content creation and wants consistent work, variety in their day-to-day, and the opportunity to grow long term with a company.

No prior real estate media experience is required, but prior media experience IS important for this role.

One day you may be shooting a luxury waterfront property, the next you’re filming walkthrough content, flying drone footage, or meeting new agents and homeowners throughout the area. No two days look exactly the same here, and honestly, that’s one of the best parts of the job.

Customer service is a HUGE part of this role.

Yes, we’re creating photo, video, and drone content, but at the end of the day, we’re also walking into people’s homes, working directly with real estate agents, helping homeowners feel comfortable, and representing the company at every appointment.

We like to say we’re customer service people first, we just happen to hold cameras :)

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to scheduled residential appointments
Capture interior and exterior real estate photography
Assist with video and drone services
Represent our brand professionally inside clients’ homes
Create a polished, friendly, high-level client experience
Upload media files after each shoot (NO editing required)
Continue growing into additional services over time

This is an active, field-based role where you’ll spend your days driving to different properties, meeting new people, and creating content in a variety of environments.

Schedule

15-25 hours/week
Monday-Friday daytime availability needed
Occasional weekend availability is a bonus
Consistent daytime business-hour work
Hours vary depending on demand and season

Compensation

Paid training provided
$25-35/hour based on certifications and services (photo, drone, video)
Mileage reimbursement ($0.30/mile)

Most team members maintain steady, consistent bookings throughout the week.

What We’re Looking For

Photography, videography, drone, or creative media experience required
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, professional attitude
Comfortable interacting face-to-face with clients
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Comfortable with technology and file uploads
Reliable high-speed internet at home
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while staying organized and responsive
