Job Description
Job Description
We’re a lemon law firm and we’re done with generic legal marketing. We’re building something different, and we need a creative who gets it.
This isn’t a coordinator role. We’re looking for someone who thinks in hooks, scripts content in their sleep, and actually understands why things go viral. You’ll own our entire content presence from concept to publish, and over time we’ll train you on paid media so you can run our ad campaigns in house.
What you’ll do:
Script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Write copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and organic posts. Develop creative concepts and content calendars. Eventually manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Collaborate directly with firm leadership, no layers.
Who you are:
You are fluent in short-form video and you can prove it with a portfolio or your own account. You write copy that actually moves people. You understand the difference between content that entertains and content that converts. You’re hungry to learn paid media and eventually own a full funnel. You’re organized enough to manage your own deadlines.
What we offer:
$70,000-$110,000 base depending on experience. Full time, in office, Los Angeles. Real ownership over a brand from day one. A direct line to leadership, not a committee.
To apply: Send your resume, a link to content you’ve made (your own account is fine), and a short note on why you’d be good at making lemon law content interesting.
