About the Opportunity:

She Recruits is partnering with an innovative, fast-growing SaaS company at the forefront of digital customer experience and contact center transformation. They're expanding their mid-market sales team and seeking a dynamic, high-energy Account Executive to join them in the Seattle area.
If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, closing mid-market SaaS deals, and working with CX/CCaaS platforms that are transforming the way global brands support their customersthis role was made for you.
Who We're Looking For:

You have 38+ years of successful B2B SaaS or tech sales experience, ideally in CX, CCaaS, or support platform solutions.

You're a natural at building rapport, navigating complex deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You're driven, competitive, and thrive in a high-growth, high-performance sales culture.

Experience from companies like Salesforce, Adobe, Medallia, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Twilio, Genesys, RingCentral, Avaya, LivePerson, or Kofax is highly valued.

Experience with Smartsheet is a bonus.

You must be based in the Seattle areano exceptions, as occasional in-person client engagement is expected.

Note: Candidates with backgrounds at Oracle or DocuSign will not be considered for this role.

What You'll Do:

Own and manage a territory of mid-market accounts within the Pacific Northwest.

Drive consultative, solution-based sales cycles from discovery through close.

Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate with technical presales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure client success and long-term value.

Meet and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional buyer experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220K+ (Base $110K + $110K Variable)

100% non-recoverable draw
