Implement SEO and AEO tactics in partnership with the SVP of Marketing and Content team

Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, and CTAs

Coordinate on lead management, routing, and lead scoring optimization

Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact with marketing ops, flagging issues and keeping programs running cleanly

About You

4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS

Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)

Comfortable owning paid media execution across search, social, and display

Familiarity with multi‑touch attribution models and pipeline reporting

Experience building or maintaining nurture and lifecycle programs

Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a bias toward action over analysis

Experience with intent signal platforms (6sense, Demandbase) is a plus

Comfortable operating with some ambiguity and building programs without a lot of pre‑existing infrastructure
