Responsibilities: Artist outreach and email communications with potential collaborators. Ensure university policy is followed with support from Chapman Radio General Managers and advisor(s). Frequent involvement with event planning policies, including but not limited to, contract execution, risk management, and space reservations. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated reliability and commitment to Chapman Radios mission and community. Basic understanding of radio operations with willingness to learn new technical skills. Previous involvement with Chapman Radio or comparable media/broadcasting experience. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with live broadcasting. Technical proficiency with relevant equipment (soundboards, broadcasting tools, etc.). Creative skills in areas such as graphic design, social media management, or event planning. Passion for music and media with knowledge of current industry trends and developments.
