AVL Technical Director Desert Foothills Church Scottsdale, AZ 85266 Posted 11 days Primary Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all aspects of worship technology in regard to audio, lighting, and video. Ensure that services and events can utilize technology efficiently, effectively, and strategically to enhance the experience of those attending. Ensure that every worship service is vibrant, distraction-free, and technically well supported. Work closely with the Director of Worship and the Worship Leader to create a worship experience that engages and supports the overall message. Maintain a reliable system for providing technical support for all worship services and events. Be skilled in audio mixing, audio recording, lighting production, switching with multiple cameras, video recording, live streaming, stage design, and ProPresenter. Build a production team that maintains a high level of expertise in all areas of production. Recruit, train, equip, schedule, and lead the technical volunteer staff. Update and maintain production technologies, make sure they are in working order, advise on future purchases, and oversee technical installation. Nice to Haves 1.
