Senior Web Developer (Full-Stack)

Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Web Developer (Full-Stack) with 6+ years of experience building, maintaining, and optimizing secure, user-friendly websites and applications. This role will partner with other teams to oversee the development of high-quality websites, collaborate with designers, and implement best practices to ensure optimal website performance and user experience. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as well as contribute to the planning and execution of web development projects.

Primary responsibilities include:
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Use a variety of internet technologies, techniques, scripting and object-oriented languages and databases (e.g. HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL) to create web page elements such as user interface features, site animation, web apps, special effects, databases and e-business applications
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Troubleshoot a variety of issues including script and plugin errors, media integration and website usability
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling websites including Ripple Effect's
Optimize websites using industry best practices for both functionality and search engine results
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Create and maintain software documentation
