Account Executive (Remote - US)
YOUR MISSION
Fuel TrackStreet's growth by driving new business through smart, persistent outreach and a deep understanding of our platform. Your work will directly impact revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with prospects as part of a metric-driven sales qualification and advancement process
Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
Promote business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
Meet or exceed the quota of minimum calls/emails per day
Meet goals related to pipeline management and recurring revenue bookings
Research and evaluate leads/prospects through Web and Database
Document your interactions with prospects
Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the TrackStreet platform
Cross-sell products, when appropriate
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Work closely with internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to grow specific sales territory to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
Maintain all contacts/deals in HubSpot and record all progress
Work with lead generation funnels and automation technology to support high-velocity outbound marketing programs, leveraging prospect data and market insights
Support data teams with the ingestion, filtering and allocation of prospect information
Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services
Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Participate in side-by-side call coaching from your manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce
Familiarity with Brand Protection is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Resilient with a proven track record in sales
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry
Coachable and able to learn quickly
Curious and intelligent
Possessing a strong work ethic
Conscientious and detail-oriented
Not easily discouraged
Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Able to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment
COMPENSATION
Starting at $140,000 on target earnings
