Brows & Beauty Med Spa is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brands. This role combines content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and client sales conversion .
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, self-motivated, and confident communicating with prospective clients to drive bookings and revenue .
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Develop and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta platforms)
Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and client inquiries
Convert leads into booked appointments through professional sales communication
Follow up with prospects to increase booking rates
Track engagement, ad performance, and lead metrics
Support marketing campaigns across multiple brands
Additional Responsibilities (Personal Assistant Duties)
Assist ownership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
Support with client communication, follow-ups, and internal organization
Assist in executing business projects, marketing initiatives, and special tasks as needed
Help maintain organization, efficiency, and workflow across multiple business operations
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Experience or strong understanding of content creation and social media management
Background in marketing, communications, or business (preferred)
Sales experience preferred; must be comfortable engaging and closing leads
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
