Your Responsibilities
Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our state-of-the-art platform alongside your personal connections
Engage possible candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluation
Follow up with leads to sustain interest and support the hiring process
Keep detailed and current records within our applicant tracking system
Receive commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads
