Ruby On Rails Consultant With Reactjs Remote

Works with product, design, and engineering to enable new user functionality by programming software and consulting on existing and proposed designs. Essential duties and functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Implement software features as specified by product, design, or engineering
Advise fellow engineers on technical designs of systems
Upgrade and maintain existing systems for reliability, performance, and security
Analyze existing code for improvements and usability
Develop and run automated test suites to confirm correctness of written software
Advise teammates on the possibilities of current code
Advise teammates on cost-effective ways to deliver end-user value and functionality
Deploy written code live to staging and production environments
Review code of fellow engineers
