The Opportunity
This role is designed for high-performing professionals who want to operate at a more strategic level within executive search.
You will lead retained and engaged search assignments focused on executive and senior leadership talent while serving as a trusted advisor to clients navigating growth, transformation, succession planning, operational scale, and organizational buildouts.

Core Responsibilities
Executive Search Leadership
Lead full lifecycle retained and engaged executive search assignments across C-Suite, Vice President, Director, and mission-critical leadership functions.
Strategic Client Partnership
Partner directly with CEOs, founders, private equity stakeholders, and executive leadership teams to understand organizational structures, growth objectives, leadership gaps, and long-term hiring strategies.
Executive Talent Intelligence
Conduct sophisticated market mapping, competitive research, talent calibration, compensation benchmarking, and organizational analysis within assigned industry sectors.
Passive Candidate Recruitment
Identify, engage, recruit, and manage highly accomplished passive executive talent through targeted outreach, relationship development, and strategic executive engagement.
Industry Practice Development
Develop deep subject matter expertise within designated practice areas while building long-term executive networks and industry relationships.
AI & Technology-Driven Execution
Leverage advanced sourcing platforms, CRM/ATS systems, AI workflows, automation tools, and recruiting technologies to improve search precision, speed, and execution quality.

Ideal Qualifications
We are seeking professionals who combine executive search capability with strong business judgment and strategic communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
• 5+ years of executive search, retained search, professional recruiting, consulting, or strategic talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing senior-level or executive-level searches
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-facing abilities
• Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and ownership groups
• High level of organization, accountability, and execution discipline
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing technologies, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Prior industry specialization experience strongly preferred
