Lead Marketing Strategist

Location: Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati Metro)
Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy Leadership

Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s value propositions, customer segments, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform integrated marketing and digital strategies. Lead the planning of multi‑channel marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility, engagement and conversion, ensuring brand consistency, consumer engagement, and channel performance. Define and align messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, and go‑to‑market communication plans across channels. Collaborate closely with Senior Marketing Specialist, Product Strategy, Digital Merchandising, UX, Creative, Data and IT partners to orchestrate seamless, intuitive, and intentional customer journeys across the brand ecosystem.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization

Establish and own measurement strategy, including important metrics, tagging, testing frameworks, and reporting. Monitor and analyze performance across brand ecosystem, marketing effectiveness, and customer behavior (e.g., engagement, journeys, attribution, lifetime value) to identify insights and opportunities. Drive data‑informed optimization of campaigns and Signature Hardware’s digital ecosystem through testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Assess competitive and best‑in‑class digital experiences to identify emerging trends and recommend strategic enhancements. Create and provide regular reporting to Marketing Leadership, showing results against important metrics, along with actionable insights and identifying solutions to exceed goals. Present findings to key internal leadership in a digestible yet informative way.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Enablement

Provide direction and leadership to internal teams (Creative, Digital Merchandising, Media, Production, UX, Analytics, Sales Enablement) to deliver high‑impact marketing and digital experiences. Align closely with Sales and Showroom teams to support sales enablement needs, including digital tools, content, signage, and in‑store/omnichannel experiences. Maintain a centralized repository of strategies, documentation, SOPs, calendars, and performance reports to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. Lead internal operating rhythms such as marketing planning calendars, quarterly business reviews, and strategic presentations.
People & Vendor Management

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of digital and marketing vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and return on investment. Support daily operations of paid, owned and earned media, in close coordination with external partners and Senior Marketing Specialist.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, eCommerce, or related subject areas, with demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives. Strong critical thinking skills paired with hands‑on execution experience across marketing strategy, campaign and comms planning, and channel performance optimization. Proven ability to translate data and analytics into actionable insights and business recommendations. Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify Plus) and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Business Manager, testing platforms). Solid understanding of communication planning, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel marketing principles. Exceptional communication, organization, and collaborator management skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range

$6,150.00 – $9,841.67 monthly for salaried roles. Role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher based on local or state wage requirements.
