The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer‑facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
Partner with engineers to document designs.
Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards.
Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams.
Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices.
Write User Stories.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud‑native systems.
Ability to read and understand code.
Excellent written communication and editing skills.
Experience with documentation tooling.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams.
