We’re looking for a Media Supervisor to join our dynamic Media team and lead thoughtful strategy and hands‑on execution across paid social and paid search, with a strong working knowledge of the broader digital and traditional media mix. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving measurable growth for high‑profile clients, mentoring junior team members, and shaping media plans that deliver real business impact.
You’ll work closely with media leadership and cross‑functional partners to oversee performance marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring work is high‑quality, insight‑driven, and aligned with client goals. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of clients and categories.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of cross-channel paid media strategies aligned to client business objectives
Own advanced paid social strategy and execution across social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
Oversee paid search and programmatic campaign execution, providing hands on support and strategic direction (experience in Google/Bing strongly preferred)
Serve as a day‑to‑day media lead on accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized, paced, and performing against KPIs
Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear optimizations, recommendations, and next steps
Review and traffic creative assets to self‑service platforms and media partners, ensuring best practices are followed
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and vendors; support negotiations and media buys
Collaborate closely with Client Leadership, Strategy, and Creative teams to deliver integrated media plans
Confidently present media strategy, performance, and insights to clients, both virtually and in person
Provide guidance, feedback, and light mentorship to junior media team members
Stay current on paid media trends, ad tech updates, and evolving marketing strategies
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is strategic, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with strong paid media expertise and the confidence to lead client conversations.
5–8 years of experience planning and executing paid media campaigns in an agency environment
Experience working with B2B clients is a plus!
Deep knowledge of paid media strategy, media math, and campaign KPIs
Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and/or programmatic DSPs
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups); experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple initiatives at once
A team‑first mindset with interest in mentoring and contributing beyond assigned accounts
