Senior Game Services Engineering Lead

To support the development of a new game franchise, the remote Senior Game Services Engineering Lead will design and build core backend services, manage a team of engineers, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement features and address production incidents.

Build and maintain production-quality backend game services
Directly manage and lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and career development support
Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to design and implement services-driven game features

Required qualifications

Production experience designing and building backend game services
Experience leading engineers through direct management, mentoring, or guiding
Ability to diagnose complex system failures using logging and metrics
Proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in Rust, C++, or C#
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
