United Public Adjusters is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a polished, organized, and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support our expanding sales operation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being at the center of communication, lead management, and sales coordination. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales pipeline by managing inbound inquiries, nurturing leads, coordinating follow-up efforts, and maintaining accurate data and workflows.

As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, you’ll help create a professional and seamless customer experience while ensuring our sales team stays organized, responsive, and efficient. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and energized by helping sales teams succeed, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, texts, website inquiries, and emails

Conduct outbound follow-up calls to qualify, nurture, and schedule prospective client opportunities

Maintain and manage lead pipelines within our CRM system

Accurately enter, track, and update lead and client information in CRM

Coordinate communication between prospective clients, sales representatives, and internal teams

Ensure timely routing and follow-up of all inbound inquiries and sales opportunities

Support sales and marketing initiatives through lead tracking, campaign coordination, and data management

Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination for the sales team

Monitor workflows, tasks, and reminders to ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks

Generate and maintain organized records, notes, and activity logs within the CRM

Provide administrative and operational support for sales campaigns, events, and special projects

Deliver a polished, professional, and customer-focused experience in every interaction

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or lead management

Hands‑on experience with CRM strongly preferred (HubSpot or Salesforce)

Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence

Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software applications

Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset

Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly

Experience supporting sales pipelines, lead flow, or marketing coordination is a plus
