Account Manager - Capital Markets

Account Manager - Capital Markets, a full-time position focused on managing client relationships and delivering professional services in the capital markets industry, including API testing and trading system validation.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as the primary point of contact
Manage the lifecycle of service engagements from client discussions to project delivery oversight
Participate in pre-sales activities and collaborate with internal teams on proposals and contract discussions

Required Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in account management or professional services delivery within financial technology or capital markets
Proven experience working with exchanges, banks, or brokers in capital markets
Familiarity with electronic trading environments and APIs
Experience coordinating delivery of professional services engagements involving QA or system integration teams
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
