Director of Sales Enablement Platforms (Hybrid/Remote)

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a Director, Enabling Platforms to oversee platforms and resources supporting sales enablement and client delivery. This hybrid role provides 18 remote workdays per quarter and requires collaboration across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with sales enablement platforms, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to craft scalable processes. A Bachelor's degree and over 10 years in relevant roles are preferred.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $140,000 – $160,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
