Leading the development of next-generation communication products, the full-time Principal Frontend Web Engineer will define, design, and deliver major web features while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to enhance code quality and user experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Define, design, develop, and ship major new features for web products, managing the process from requirements to production
Utilize AI-assisted tools to streamline implementation while ensuring architectural integrity and security
Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI-augmented coding across teams
Required qualifications
BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design
Deep technical knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and Node.js
Expertise in web application development using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and OOP JavaScript
Hands-on experience with AI code-assist tools integrated into development workflows
