Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a CRM growth marketing role
Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies in a B2C environment
Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends
