Brand and Motion Designer

Seeking a part-time freelance Brand & Motion Designer, the candidate will create ad creative, blog assets, and editorial layouts while performing simple motion design and lightweight video editing in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:

Develop ad creative and blog assets that simplify complex topics into visually engaging content
Design layouts and editorial content for guides, reports, and collateral with a focus on typography and grid systems
Execute motion design and video editing to enhance static assets and product highlights

Required qualifications:

3 - 5 years of design experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing illustration and editorial design
Proficiency in motion design and video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent software
Fluency in Figma and experience in creating moodboards and working within layered brand systems
Familiarity with AI and generative image tools for design purposes
Ability to work independently and participate in PST timezone morning meetings at least twice a week
