Serving as a strategic communications partner to the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Leadership Team, the full-time Senior Operations Communications Manager will develop and execute internal communications strategies, provide executive messaging support, and engage a large, dispersed workforce in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement proactive internal communications strategies that enhance leadership visibility and team member engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, crafting executive messaging and content for various communication channels
Translate complex operational topics into clear communications, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal or executive communications roles
Strong writing and speechwriting skills with proficiency in AP Style
Experience supporting senior executives in a large operational organization
Familiarity with AI tools and digital content creation technologies for enhancing communications
