Internal Communications Designer

To support a short-term project, the contract Internal Communications Designer will redesign and simplify internal employee-facing webpages and resource hubs, focusing on improving content, messaging, and user experience while working remotely for 40 hours per week over 2-3 weeks.
Key responsibilities

Audit and restructure existing internal communication pages and employee resource hubs
Rewrite and simplify webpage copy, layouts, and navigation flows
Design intuitive experiences that guide employees to sourcing resources and compliance information

Required qualifications

Experience in internal communications, content strategy, or UX/content design
Strong copywriting and content organization skills
Ability to simplify complex information into clear, employee-friendly messaging
Background in creating branded internal communications or employee resource materials
Strong visual layout and user journey thinking
