YouTube Thumbnail Artist

To support a growing YouTube entertainment company, the full-time remote YouTube Thumbnail Artist will create eye-catching thumbnails for Minecraft and Roblox content, collaborating with a team to enhance audience engagement and channel growth.
Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the Lead Artist and team to design polished, high-converting YouTube thumbnails
Create engaging thumbnail concepts that align with video content and branding
Produce finished 2D illustrations in a Chibi-inspired art style and edit images to maximize click-through rates

Required qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating thumbnail design and digital illustration skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience creating YouTube thumbnails or digital marketing graphics
Solid understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and color correction
Knowledge of gaming content, particularly Minecraft and Roblox, and familiarity with YouTube culture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and adapt to changing priorities
