Full‑Time Orthodontic Marketing Manager

Location
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Schedule
Monday–Thursday | 32 hours per week

2 days in-office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities

Lead multi-channel marketing strategy focused on patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness

Own social media strategy and execution, driving engagement and growth through short‑form video content and campaigns

Create compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email marketing, and internal campaigns

Appear on camera and help create engaging video content that showcases our team, culture, and patient experience

Manage digital presence including website updates, SEO improvements, and conversion optimization initiatives

Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI

Develop and execute community partnerships and referral marketing programs to increase local visibility

Coordinate outreach events, sponsorships, school partnerships, and patient engagement initiatives

Support digital advertising initiatives and performance tracking across paid social campaigns

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and patient touchpoints

Requirements

2+ years of marketing experience (healthcare, dental, or orthodontic experience preferred)

Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and content strategy

Experience creating short‑form video content and managing brand growth online

Comfortable appearing on camera and directing content creation when needed

Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Self‑motivated, creative, and results‑oriented

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or video editing platforms preferred

Photography, videography, or graphic design experience is a plus
