Key Responsibilities

Lead acquisition strategy for IFP membership growth and commercial clinic consumer acquisition across multiple markets
Own strategy and execution of paid media and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
Continuously optimize performance metrics and manage budget allocation across markets and channels

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media with proven acquisition outcomes
Hands-on experience with DSPs, paid social, and paid search platforms
Strong understanding of audience targeting strategies and budget management
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into investment decisions
Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical/reporting tools
