Owning the paid search strategy and execution for 3 to 5 B2B clients, the contract Paid Search Consultant will work remotely to establish processes, manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and integrate paid search with organic growth efforts.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement paid search strategies, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis
Establish operational infrastructure for client onboarding, billing, and reporting
Lead the integration of paid search with SEO and content strategies to enhance overall growth programs
Required qualifications
4-6+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or lead generation context
Experience building a paid search function from scratch in an agency setting
Deep proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads/Bing, managing budgets of $10K to $100K+
Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing strategies, including demand generation and pipeline acceleration
Daily use of AI tools for campaign optimization and workflow automation
