A company is looking for a National Account Director, Payer - Prime.
Key Responsibilities
Secure and optimize access for brands across assigned payer accounts
Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with national and regional strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and implement access strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or a Scientific Field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree/MBA with 10+ years of experience
Demonstrated ability to establish strategic relationships with national and regional payer organizations
Proven success in engaging formulary decision-makers and navigating complex payer accounts
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical gross-to-net dynamics and experience in rebate negotiations
Deep knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape, including Medicare Part D and Medicaid
