Illinois Campaigns Senior Manager

Experienced campaign leaders will find a fully remote opportunity as the Illinois Coalition & Campaigns Senior Manager, responsible for executing legislative efforts, coordinating outreach, and building coalitions to advance strategic priorities for Economic Security Illinois.
Key responsibilities

Translating campaign strategies into actionable plans, timelines, and milestones
Coordinating legislative outreach and tracking political dynamics in real time
Building and maintaining coalitions by clarifying roles and securing partner commitments

Required qualifications

Hands-on experience running or supporting legislative or advocacy campaigns, preferably in Illinois
Strong understanding of legislative processes and the ability to navigate political dynamics
Proven track record of managing complex campaigns with urgency and attention to detail
Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across diverse coalitions
Sound political judgment and capability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
