Key responsibilities
Own and lead complex talent initiatives, assessing effectiveness and adapting to business needs
Drive cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts to ensure alignment and adoption
Provide functional team leadership, including setting priorities and ensuring quality of outputs
Required qualifications
8-12 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning & development, or human resources
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs with broad organizational impact
Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, integrating data and business context for decision-making
Proven ability to influence leaders and partners without relying solely on formal authority
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced education is a plus
