Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and track performance metrics to report trends to leadership
Required qualifications
7+ years of work experience in annuity or life insurance
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Experience in customer service and operational support
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills across various channels
