Leading strategic planning for Provider/B2C Audience insights, the full-time remote Director of Audience Insights will cultivate cross-functional partnerships, oversee major insight initiatives, and drive insight-led strategies to enhance consumer and provider experiences.
Key responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-level strategic planning and develop frameworks for consumer growth and brand strategy
Oversee governance of insight initiatives, balancing investment and resource allocation for market differentiation
Mentor teams executing research and analytics programs, ensuring actionable outputs aligned with strategic imperatives

Required qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Provider/B2C marketing or audience strategy, preferably in healthcare or related industries
Deep familiarity with performance metrics such as NPS and engagement metrics
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale insights or experience transformation initiatives
Proven ability to create compelling reports and presentations that translate insights into business strategy
Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
