Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Intern for a 9‑week summer internship. This role provides hands‑on experience in client engagement, outreach, marketing, administrative operations, and brand development.

This internship is designed as a consultant‑style diagnostic experience, where the intern will assess the current state of Speak to All’s brand presence, client pipeline, and marketing efforts, and contribute recommendations that support a clearly defined desired state.

Duties

Assess brand presence, social media engagement, and marketing effectiveness

Evaluate the client pipeline and identify opportunities for business development

Research industry trends and potential client segments

Develop recommendations that support a current state → desired state strategy

Assist with marketing assets, outreach materials, and content planning

Capturing photo and video footage at networking events, workshops, and speaking engagements for marketing and social media use

Support administrative and operational tasks related to business development

Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations of findings

Collaborate with the Founder to implement selected strategies

Remote or hybrid based on company needs

Requirements

18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Houston, TX or surrounding area resident (Harris or Fort Bend County)

Enrolled undergraduate junior/senior (2.7 GPA minimum) or graduate student

Major in Business Administration (marketing, entrepreneurship, or sales focus)

Strong writing, communication, and critical thinking skills

Experience with social media content creation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva

Reliable transportation, laptop, phone, and strong Wi‑Fi

General Information
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. including occasional evenings/weekends for local business travel

Duration: June 8th – August 7th (9 weeks)

Reports To: Founder/Owner
