Leading the development and production of high-quality video and multimedia content, the full-time remote Multimedia Production Lead will manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring all content is visually compelling and optimized for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead video production efforts, including concept development, scripting, editing, and final delivery
Develop compelling visual narratives that align with organizational messaging and campaign goals
Manage post-production processes, including sound design, color correction, captioning, and formatting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
6 years of experience in video production and editing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.)
Demonstrated experience producing content for digital and social platforms
Strong storytelling skills and understanding of visual narrative techniques
