About the Role
Sr. Visual Designer is responsible for the design and production of marketing and sales materials that adhere to corporate brand standards while providing creative strategic insights within cross‑functional project teams. The candidate will be an individual contributor and ambassador of the brand that can help establish best practices across the organization. A technical background is required, with knowledge of the appropriate tools and processes to work smarter. Strong background in digital design, motion graphics, video knowledge, HTML & web experience, and PowerPoint is essential. The role involves creating compelling stories around our technologies and brand and extrapolating that vision consistently across communication channels.
What You’ll Do
Design and produce branded visual concepts and final materials for emails, websites, trade shows/events, eBooks, publications, sales materials, presentations, videos, advertising, social media, and promotional materials.
Develop, document, and apply visual identity & company brand standards.
Provide a strategic approach to designs that align with business goals and objectives.
Manage projects from start to completion and coordinate creative projects with agencies and partners as required.
Collaborate with global team members, management, and other departments to meet project SLAs and balance workload across the creative team.
Work with partners and agencies worldwide, including translated content and adjustments for regional demographics and target audiences. International collaboration experience is a big plus.
Pursue individual development plans and objectives while continuously learning new software/tools, project‑management techniques, and relationship‑building skills.
Resolve operational challenges by identifying process improvements, new tools, and alternative workflows.
Utilize AI‑enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

What You Need to Succeed
5+ years of demonstrated experience with creative design, development, and best practices in a business environment.
Experience providing significant team leadership on projects.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design or a related creative field.
Solid understanding of corporate branding and its influence on design, plus experience maintaining brand standards and producing work aligned to those standards.
Strong creative experience in both traditional and digital design; a wide range of creative and technical skills is required with appropriate portfolio examples.
Extensive campaign experience taking concepts and applying them across various communication channels and formats.
Experience presenting concepts and design strategy to stakeholders and business partners.
Professional communication style and diplomacy when working with business partners, project owners, and other team members.
Keen attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and strong time‑management abilities.
Proficient in core Adobe Creative applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; preferred additional experience with After Effects, Animate, Premiere.
Working knowledge of production workflow management software platforms (Asana preferred).
Basic knowledge of video production and motion graphic techniques desirable.
Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of the department.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $85,000 - $126,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
