Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: Seeking a highly organized and creative Business Development & Marketing Coordinator with 3–6 years of AEC industry experience. The ideal candidate will support business development initiatives, proposal coordination, marketing efforts, CRM management, and brand visibility within a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials
Track opportunities and maintain CRM systems
Support business development and pursuit activities
Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing campaigns
Coordinate meetings, events, and industry conferences
Maintain proposal content libraries and marketing materials
Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on pursuit strategies
Required Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in AEC marketing, business development, or proposal coordination
Experience preparing AEC proposals and pursuit materials
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Familiarity with Deltek Ajera, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or digital marketing tools preferred

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
