The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing and general management duties across a portfolio of the company’s largest grocery brands, as well as the development of long-term strategies. The Senior Associate Brand Manager will work with internal and external partners to execute such tactics as consumer & shopper marketing initiatives, promotion plans, forecasting, new product launches, and packaging changes.
Responsibilities
Assist with business analytics, forecasting, and planning.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for brand initiatives, including new product launches, packaging changes, and cost‑saving projects.
Assist in leading consumer and shopper marketing programs.
Take holistic ownership of select brands within the portfolio, including day‑to‑day responsibilities and the development and execution of long‑term strategic plans.
Experience, Skills, and Education
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration.
At least 3 years of marketing experience in consumer products, preferably in food.
Strong business acumen and basic industry knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools.
Experience with analytical systems such as Nielsen and IRI.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
Detail‑oriented and organized.
Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a difference.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $81,772.00 - $136,287.00. Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
