Job Overview

Directly manages all relationship activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region. Responsible for portfolio spend volume and revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Monitors and enhances profitability of all assigned relationships.
Responsibilities

Manage the non‑credit risk for customer portfolio.
Sell all bank product groups to existing customers.
Sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships.
Provide consultative advice to customers.
Grow portfolios through various program optimization activities.
Make appropriate referrals.
Negotiate and execute contracts.
Communicate effectively with C‑Level executives and operational teams for maximum strategic growth.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Five to seven years of relationship management experience.
Fuel industry knowledge.
Sales experience.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience

Strong sales, relationship management, and business development abilities.
Experience in fleet, fuel or financial industry is strongly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Corporate Payment Systems products and services.
Broad knowledge of bank products and services to capitalize on all opportunities to expand relationships and sales.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company.
Well‑developed written communication and verbal presentation skills.
Card‑lock, OTR, fuel distributor experience.
Location & Schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule: in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week with flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days.

Salary

Pay Range: $105,400.00 – $124,000.00 (actual range may differ based on location).
