Position Overview

The Style Advisor promotes the Lilly Pulitzer brand, drives sales, builds client relationships, and leads the sales team.
Essential Job Functions

Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.
Embrace and exhibit the Core Values.
Drive sales through exceptional client experiences using company tools and market trends.
Maintain strong product knowledge and KPI awareness.
Build relationships with clients from greeting through post‑sale contact.
Provide personalized styling expertise to create meaningful moments.
Encourage and participate in team selling while owning the sales floor to prioritize client experience.
Maintain up‑to‑date client information via personalized communication regarding requests and product feedback.
Learn and master the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework and maintain high-level product knowledge.
Demonstrate the selling culture and ensure client experience.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑starter who takes initiative.
Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet during shift hours.
Benefits & Work Details

Part‑time or full‑time hourly, non‑exempt.
Expected to work an average of 40 hours per week, with possible overtime.
Eligible for standard company benefits.
In‑store role; may require flexible hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
