About the Role
Pro‑MotionPix is hiring a Full‑Time Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer to support automotive dealerships by photographing, filming, and managing their vehicle inventory. Using a company‑issued iPhone and proprietary app, you’ll help ensure vehicles are accurately represented online and ready to sell.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, working independently, and taking pride in quality work. Your efforts directly impact how quickly vehicles move off the lot.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route is completed)

Route Area
Vacaville, Fairfield & surrounding areas

Pay
$24.00+/hour (Hourly pay includes base rate + per‑vehicle photo incentives)

What You’ll Be Doing

Travel between assigned dealerships using own reliable vehicle

Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photography and video

Capture professional photos, 360° spins, and videos

Verify VINs and inventory details before uploading

Communicate with dealership staff about vehicle readiness

Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure inventory is updated promptly

Ensure all vehicles are visually accurate and online‑ready

What We’re Looking For
No experience required – paid training is provided!

Reliable vehicle

Valid driver’s license

Comfortable driving automatic vehicles (manual transmission experience is a plus)

Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions

Dependable, organized, and self‑motivated

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Take pride in accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail

Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and technology

Professional, customer‑focused mindset

Requirements

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines

Comfort performing physical tasks (walking, moving vehicles)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
