GenAI And LLM Operations Engineer

We're looking for a GenAI and LLM Operations Engineer for the AI team at an international life sciences company. The role focuses on deploying GenAI and LLM solutions in global supply chain – from ontology design to model operationalization, automation, and predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

Design ontologies, semantic standards, and data interoperability for supply chain.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams on LLM models.

Implement governance, best practices for LLM ops, fine-tuning, and ethical AI (MLflow/Opik a plus).

Build LLM agentic systems with LangChain, Python pipelines, Gemini/multimodal AI integrations.

Work with cloud ML (AWS/GCP/Azure), BigQuery, data warehousing, and software engineering (git, QC).

Monitor AI trends and translate them into supply chain strategies.

Salary range:

20 000 - 25 000 PLN gross/month

Hybrid work model:

1 day per week in the Warsaw office

Ideal candidate profile

5+ years in software/data engineering

Hands‑on experience building LLM applications (RAG, agents, LLMOps)

Strong Python + production systems (APIs, CI/CD, monitoring, debugging)

Experience with data pipelines, SQL, and data platforms

Experience building LLM applications (RAG, agents, Text-to-SQL, evaluation)

Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Agentic / multi‑step workflows (LangChain, LangGraph or similar)

Nice to have: MLflow, vector DBs, ontologies, multimodal AI
