Balloons Confection Paradise in Riverdale, GA is looking for one balloon artist / decor specialist to join our team. We are located on 7581 Highway 85. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
Job Summary:
Creates balloon designs and event décor setups for customers in-store and at event locations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and assemble balloon bouquets, arches, columns, and garlands
- Inflate balloons using helium and air equipment
- Set up and break down event décor on-site
- Assist customers with custom orders and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Track inventory of balloons and décor supplies
Requirements:
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
