Functional Ba W/ Uat

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Write clear and concise user stories that capture functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and prioritize features.
Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows and use cases.
Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories are understood and implemented correctly.
Assist in user acceptance testing (uat) to validate that the final product meets business needs.
Provide ongoing support and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in the oil and gas or engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience writing user stories.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools for requirement gathering and documentation – uses ado.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
