The industrial business unit of TE Connectivity is looking for a regional product manager for EMEA. In this role, you will drive the regional growth strategy, ensure financial success, and align cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market requirements. You will develop market knowledge, support pricing decisions, analyze business development, and contribute to customer-driven innovation that promotes revenue and margin growth. We are looking for committed personalities who want to further their careers in product management. Your main tasks include:
Responsibility for the introduction of new products in the EMEA region
Development of effective market entry strategies and support of sales and marketing initiatives with targeted tools
Monitoring of competitive activities and market developments as well as identification of opportunities and risks
Close cooperation with sales teams to increase revenue
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements and supporting with appropriate solutions
Collection and analysis of customer feedback for continuous development and innovation of industrial connectors
Development of the EMEA product strategy by adapting the global product roadmap to the requirements and dynamics of the EMEA market
Support of the regional pricing strategy and initiatives for margin improvement through data analysis, value positioning, and competitive comparisons
Cooperation with engineering and operations to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance
Your ideal profile includes:
Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field
At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, sales, or marketing in the industrial environment
Technical understanding of connectors and industrial applications
Knowledge of the EMEA market, including relevant industry trends, customer segments, and competitive situation in the areas of industrial automation and electrification
Profound analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating market opportunities and economic performance as well as data-driven decision-making
Very good communication, presentation, and social skills as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships
Negotiating proficiency in English
High customer orientation and solution-oriented thinking
Travel readiness of approx. 20–25%
