Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator and Digital Marketer role based in Spring, TX. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish content for social media platforms to increase awareness of TRM HOSPICE CARE INC’s services and mission. Day-to-day tasks include writing posts, capturing photos and short videos, designing basic graphics, and scheduling content across channels. Writing our own storytelling posts. The role will also involve monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages in a professional and compassionate manner, and reporting on social media performance metrics. In addition, this individual will provide digital marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging accuracy, and maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.

Qualifications

  • Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, websites, and email communications.
  • 3+ plus years experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Skilled in graphic design and multimedia content creation (e.g., Canva, simple video editing tools) to develop visual assets.
  • Skilled with digital marketing practices, including content planning, basic SEO concepts, and email or campaign support.
  • Extensive experience using analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with sensitivity to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality in a hospice and healthcare setting.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospice, or a mission-driven organization is preferred but not required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
