Copywriting for blogs and social media captions

Publish social content to platforms via 1st and 3rd party applications

Social listening and engagement

Basic edits on client websites (platforms include: WordPress, Shopify)

Optimizing content for SEO purposes on client websites

Research trends in marketing and digital platforms

Research industry trends and brainstorm content topics for client content

Quality Control (QC) websites before launch

Assist with digital content research, quotes & statistics curation, and identifying opportunities for audience engagement across platforms

Support marketing outreach and visibility efforts through email invitations, blog indexing, and lead-sourcing activities

Requirements:

Has completed or is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or related field

Copywriting experience

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized with attention to detail

Excellent proofreading skills (on documents, imagery, and websites)

Possess creativity, flexibility, and has a desire for growth

Open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable

Must understand the popular social platforms and the basic capabilities they provide today’s businesses

Tech savvy

As this is a fully remote position, the candidate must have a fully functioning computer, access to Microsoft Word & Excel, and fast, reliable internet

Candidates must be based in the U.S. in Eastern or Central time zone

Knowledge of basic HTML and/or CSS

Experience with WordPress

Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects)

Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tool

Prior workplace experience in other internship/employment roles

Position:

Part-time, Paid

5-10 hours per week
